I grew up eating barbeque chicken and always crave it throughout the year, especially in the summer. When I don’t have time to a make BBQ sauce from scratch, I pick up my favorite bottle — Sweet Baby Rays is my tried and true here — and jazz it up a bit and you can absolutely do the same! We're not reinventing the wheel, just using a little bit of technique to spruce it up. That’s my favorite thing about cooking with friends and family this time of year. You can wing it together and create delicious things. It is the thought that counts, after all.
